The curiosity, creativity, and drive of military medical researchers offer promise that we can overcome some of the biggest healthcare issues facing our military service members, veterans, and their families today. From resuscitation strategies and combat surgical team training to better treatment for eye injuries and effectiveness of bomb suits and ground-breaking treatments for acute respiratory disease syndrome; their work directly affects the outcomes of our service members who are injured during combat.
