TJ Asaeli Recognized for Extraordinary Respect, Teamwork, and Optimism

2022 Q4 Wave the Flag Winner

Geneva recognizes excellence in employees who go above and beyond the normal scope of their work while demonstrating Geneva’s core values and advancing military medicine. The Wave the Flag award is presented quarterly to an employee who exceeds expectations and exhibits Geneva’s core values: Innovation, Quality, Superior Customer Service, Integrity, Teamwork, and Respect for All.

The 2022 Q4 Wave the Flag was awarded to Financial Analyst TJ Asaeli based in Tacoma, WA. TJ was nominated by his direct supervisor Ana Trujillo, for exhibiting Geneva’s core values of teamwork and respect for all.

“TJ promotes teamwork, collaboration, and openness by respecting others’ ideas and being cognizant of their feelings,” said Director, Finance & Accounting Ana Trujillo. “His can-do attitude permeates the department and his resourcefulness gets results! TJ has stood out and is a role model within the department by remaining positive, actively engaging in critical discussions influencing the department’s future, and creating trust and confidence through respectful internal and external partner interactions.”
