Robert Rossi Awarded for Extraordinary Quality and Exceptional Teamwork

2024 Q1 Wave the Flag Winner

Geneva recognizes excellence in employees who go above and beyond the normal scope of their work while demonstrating Geneva’s core values and advancing military medicine. The Wave the Flag award is presented quarterly to an employee who exceeds expectations and exhibits Geneva’s core values: Innovation, Quality, Superior Customer Service, Integrity, Teamwork, and Respect for All.

The 2024 Q1 Wave the Flag award was received by Robert Rossi, a Clinical Research Coordinator at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. Robert was nominated by Dr. Geoff Gabler for exhibiting Geneva’s core values of Quality and Teamwork.

“His quality of work has been on display in helping multiple projects to write and submit for clinical trials,” said Dr. Gabler. “Robert has been willing to step outside of his duties to support the study efforts and team members. This selflessness has been essential for our portfolio in progressing.”

Other colleagues, including COL Scott Grogan, also commented. “He has a jovial demeanor that is comforting to patients and team members alike,” said COL Grogan.
