Geneva Publishes 2018 Annual Report

The Geneva Foundation is proud to share the 2018 Annual Report. The report celebrates Geneva’s 25th anniversary and highlights the year’s accomplishments and growth in support of our mission to advance military medicine for the benefit of U.S. service members and veterans, their families, and the global community.

In 2018, Geneva supported 490 research programs in areas including Oncology, Infectious Diseases, Orthopedics, and Gastroenterology. The organization continued to pursue innovative treatments for the Lassa virus, tinnitus, and traumatic brain injuries by working with researchers at federal laboratories and military treatment facilities and collaborators in industry and academia. Additionally, programs such as the Fort Bragg Research Institute and 4-Dimensional Biofabrication, Bioprinting, and Biomanufacturing (4D Bio³) continued to flourish optimizing military performance through scientific innovations.

Thanks to our accomplished team of employees, researchers, and collaborating partners, Geneva managed over $51.8 million in total grant, contract, and other award revenue – supporting 490 research programs and 235 principal investigators at approximately 50 military treatment facilities and federal laboratories worldwide.
