Elizabeth Schafer Recognized for Exhibiting Geneva’s Core Values

2024 Q3 Wave the Flag Awardee

Geneva recognizes excellence in employees who go above and beyond the normal scope of their work while demonstrating Geneva’s core values and advancing military medicine. The Wave the Flag award is presented quarterly to an employee who exceeds expectations and exhibits Geneva’s core values: Innovation, Quality, Superior Customer Service, Integrity, Teamwork, and Respect for All.

The 2024 Q3 Wave the Flag award was received by Elizabeth Schafer, Senior Research Portfolio Manager. Elizabeth was nominated by colleague Kandis Cogliano for exhibiting Geneva’s core values of Integrity, Superior Customer Service, Quality, Innovation, Teamwork, and Respect for All.

“She makes sure that all questions and project specific requests are answered on time and are accurate,” says Kandis. “She is very respectful and honest with all our team members and how she speaks to us and treats us each time we interact with her. She is a fantastic leader and I only wish she would have started with Geneva earlier. Elizabeth deserves recognition for all she’s done to better our portfolio.”
