2018 Q3 Wave the Flag Recipient Crystal Perez

Thank you Crystal Perez, Research Nurse Manager, for your outstanding service and dedication to Geneva’s core values and mission!

An excerpt from her nomination states:

“Ms. Perez leads the ECRC team with an inherent drive to conduct quality research based upon the highest standards of integrity. She tirelessly coordinates with Institutional Review Boards, subject matter expert, end users, and fellow researchers to ensure ECRC research projects maintain impeccable ethical and regulatory compliance. She independently implemented quality assurance measures to ensure data fidelity. Furthermore, she disseminates ECRC research findings, ensuring the highest impact on patient care.

Ms. Perez takes an enormous amount of pride in her work and that is evident in each and every project she leads. The ECRC could not conduct our mission, have a significant impact on military medical care, or have received the recent MHSRS award without her passion, hard work, effective leadership, and dedication.”

The Geneva Foundation’s Wave the Flag Award is a peer-to-peer recognition program that seeks to acknowledge employee excellence. Employees are nominated based on demonstration of Geneva’s core values and mission of promoting and supporting the advancement of military medicine. The Award is given quarterly throughout the year.
