2018 Q1 Wave the Flag Recipient Grace Campbell

Grace Campbell, a Recruiting Specialist at Geneva’s corporate office, was nominated by Senior Marketing and Communications Manager Allison Connelly. The award was presented at Geneva by Geneva’s Senior Human Resources Director Jennifer Griffith. Thank you, Grace, for your outstanding service and dedication to Geneva’s core values and mission!

An excerpt from her nomination states:

Grace demonstrates all of Geneva’s core values in her role as Recruiting Specialist for Geneva. Most recently, she demonstrated teamwork when offering to take on a considerable amount of Marketing & Communication duties as we were experiencing transitions within our team. Not only did Grace offer to do this, but she did so in an incredibly communicative and collaborative manner. She is proactive and creative with Geneva’s social media posts and is using this experience not only to better Geneva but to strengthen her current skill set.

Grace’s work within recruiting, and her temporary work to support the Marketing & Communications team, is helping to promote the research and outreach efforts Geneva is involved with locally and worldwide. In learning and participating in social media efforts for the organization, Grace is increasing her knowledge of Geneva’s current initiatives, and bolstering our recruitment efforts to identify and attract the best and brightest.

The Geneva Foundation’s Wave the Flag Award is a peer-to-peer recognition program that seeks to acknowledge employee excellence. Employees are nominated based on demonstration of Geneva’s core values and mission of promoting and supporting the advancement of military medicine. The Award is given quarterly throughout the year.
