Ross Colt, MD, MBA, FAAFP, COL (Ret.), USA
Army Colonel (Ret.) Ross Colt, MD, MBA, FAAFP is the Medical Director, Clinical Oversight and Integration, TRICARE Health Plan for the Defense Health Agency. Previously he served as the Medical Director for the Gary and Mary West PACE and was the principal Deputy to the Chief of the Clinical Support Division in Healthcare Operations at the Defense Health Agency supporting the integration of clinical functions across the Military Health System for over 9 million beneficiaries across the world.
Dr. Colt is a Family Physician with more than two decades of full-spectrum clinical practice experience, including a deep background in academic medicine and leadership in managed care environments at the regional and national levels. A decorated war veteran, Dr. Colt served two combat tours in Iraq and retired after 24 years as an Army Colonel.
Dr. Colt received his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Davis, his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School, and his Master of Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University.
