Allison Connelly, MBA
Allison Connelly is a dynamic Corporate Strategy and Communications Director with over 15 years of expertise in nonprofit leadership, purpose-driven brand building, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
In her current role as Senior Director of Corporate Strategy and Communications at Geneva, Ms. Connelly formulates and drives enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and communications efforts, aligning them with business objectives to advance brand identity and amplify Geneva’s visibility and impact across key sectors. She is responsible for building and strengthening strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, Scientific Advisory Board, and key external partners. Ms. Connelly plays a pivotal role in the development and execution of Geneva’s strategic plans and operational priorities, ensuring the organization’s growth and long-term sustainability.
Ms. Connelly has an extensive background in fundraising, communications, and stakeholder engagement within the nonprofit sector. Since joining Geneva in 2011 as Fund Development Manager, she has leveraged her expertise to integrate dynamic marketing and communication strategies, driving cross-organizational growth and promotion. Prior to her tenure at Geneva, she served as Fund Development Manager for the Washington Environmental Council in Seattle, Washington.
Allison has a BA in International Studies and Public Policy from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and an MBA from Eastern Washington University. An active community member, she holds several nonprofit board positions in the Spokane, WA area.
