Robert Edwards Receives Geneva’s Wave the Flag Award for Excellence

The Geneva Foundation recognizes Robert Edwards, IT Systems Administrator II, as the recipient of the Q3 2025 Wave the Flag Award. This quarterly honor celebrates employees who go above and beyond in their roles while exemplifying Geneva’s core values and advancing military medicine.

According to Research Operations Manager Kaleigh Presgraves, “Robert consistently goes beyond the scope of his role to ensure Geneva’s mission is never slowed by technical or logistical barriers. He is often the first to volunteer his time—whether setting up for events, staying late to see a project through, or traveling to provide direct, in-person assistance. By proactively stepping in wherever he is needed, Robert enables staff to remain focused on their work and ensures that critical research and operations move forward without delay.”
