Rian Ory Wins Geneva’s Q1 2026 Wave the Flag Award for Excellence

The Geneva Foundation is proud to recognize Rian Ory, Regulatory Affairs Manager II, as the recipient of the Q1 2026 Wave the Flag Award for Excellence. Ory was selected for consistently demonstrating Geneva’s core values of integrity, superior customer service, quality, teamwork, and respect for all.

The Wave the Flag Award is a peer-to-peer recognition program that honors Geneva employees who exceed expectations while advancing military medical research and improving the health and readiness of Service members and their communities.

As a regulatory affairs professional, Ory is recognized for her exceptional expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance. Her thoughtful approach and deep understanding of regulatory requirements strengthen the quality, integrity, and execution of military medical research programs.
