Geneva Sponsors Race for a Soldier

The Geneva Foundation is excited to announce that we will support the Race for a Soldier Half Marathon on 25 September 2016 in Gig Harbor, Washington. For the past three years, Geneva has sponsored a mile on the half marathon course and encouraged participation among Geneva’s Corporate team. This year, Geneva team members will run, walk, volunteer, and host an exhibitor’s booth at the event’s “Base Camp”.

The race benefits the Permission To Start Dreaming Foundation, whose mission is to “inspire hope and action in the community and provide access to solutions for soldiers, affected by post traumatic stress and traumatic brain injury, and their families via professional services, challenging peer adventures, education and spiritual devotion.” Since its inception in 2011, Race For A Soldier has given more than $122,000 to local and national programs that help soldiers give themselves Permission To Start Dreaming of life beyond their service to country.

Geneva welcomes the opportunity to connect with those who are not yet partnering with us! Please contact Geneva’s Marketing Team to learn more about opportunities for collaboration
