Elise W. Huszar, MBA
Elise W. Huszar, MBA is the President and CEO of The Geneva Foundation. Ms. Huszar joined Geneva as its first full-time Executive Director in 1996, has served as its President since 1998, and as CEO since 2019. During her career, Ms. Huszar has built over 25 years of research management knowledge and over 30 years of experience in non-profit business operations, marketing, philanthropy, and business development.
Ms. Huszar was instrumental in shaping Geneva’s core values in the early years of the organization and continues to embody Geneva’s entrepreneurial culture. Ms. Huszar provides the active leadership necessary to ensure Geneva achieves its mission while realizing its financial goals. She maintains a leadership role in articulating Geneva’s vision and values to employees and external clients and fosters an achievement-oriented culture that is idea-focused and innovative where employees are motivated and rewarded for both individual and team contributions. She has been the leading agent of growth and vision for Geneva for over 25 years.
Ms. Huszar received her B.S. in Economics from Florida Southern College and her M.B.A. from George Mason University. Prior to joining The Geneva Foundation, Ms. Huszar held positions with the USO and the YWCA.
