Director of Procurement Services

Lori Dunigan, SPSM, SPSM2

Lori Dunigan is Geneva’s Director of Procurement Services. She began her career with Geneva in 2015 as Procurement Services Manager, and since that time has built and overseen a strong Procurement Services Department in support of Geneva’s business objectives. Throughout her tenure, Ms. Dunigan has led the growth and stability of Geneva’s purchasing, travel, receiving, and asset control functions. In her current role, Ms. Dunigan leads objective contract negotiations with Geneva suppliers and ensures the execution of standards, controls, policies, and performance metrics to effectively and efficiently manage the acquisition and reporting of procurement spend across the organization. In addition, she has played a critical role in various organizational efforts to include technology enhancements, strategic initiatives, change management, and cross-departmental process improvement.

Prior to joining Geneva, Ms. Dunigan worked in various management roles with a strong emphasis in the clinical research and healthcare industries. Her various roles include leading all Call Center operations at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, Washington and overseeing patient recruitment and screening at Charles River Laboratories in Tacoma, Washington.

Ms. Dunigan graduated from Eton Technical Institute in the medical assisting program. She currently serves as Board President of FORE Non-Profit Travel, an organization that shares best practices among participating non-profits to improve the quality, efficiency, and safety of members’ travel programs. She is also a member of the Next Level Purchasing Association where she holds her Senior Professional in Supply Management certifications (SPSM, SPSM2).
