Brent De Rosia, MBA

Brent De Rosia, MBA has served as Geneva’s Chief Financial Officer since 2018 leading critical fiscal functions for the organization. In this role, he is the chief executive responsible for Geneva’s financial planning, as well as tracking day-to-day financial operations.

Mr. De Rosia has 25+ years of financial experience and previously held a position at World Vision as Global Controller & Global Process Owner where he was employed for 14 years. He has vast experience providing consultative strategic design and implementation of financial systems. He also identified business efficiency opportunities, evaluated alternatives, and recommended initiatives for corporations.

Mr. De Rosia also served a tour in the U.S. Army where he was deployed during Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Central Washington University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Norwich University and is a graduate of Cornell University’s Leadership and Strategic Management Program.
