Angela Jarrett, MBA

Angela Jarrett is the Associate Director of People Operations at The Geneva Foundation. She is an experienced human resources and people operations leader with nearly two decades of expertise spanning workforce strategy, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR systems implementation. She brings a pragmatic, people-centered approach to building compliant, high-performing organizations across healthcare, manufacturing, construction, hospitality, and professional services environments.

Throughout her career, Angela has led end-to-end people operations functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits administration, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational policy development. She has deep experience implementing and optimizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including ADP Workforce Now, Paycor, Paylocity, and UKG, with a focus on improving efficiency, data integrity, and employee experience.

Angela has supported organizations with geographically distributed and diverse workforces, advising senior leadership on workforce planning, compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations, and complex employee relations matters.

Her work includes developing onboarding and performance review frameworks, leading investigations and grievance resolution, managing multi-state payroll and benefits programs, and driving initiatives to improve retention, engagement, and workplace culture.

Angela holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from King University, along with bachelor’s and associate degrees in business administration.
