Adrienne S. Alcazar, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP

Adrienne Alcazar is the Director of People Operations at Geneva. Ms. Alcazar is an accomplished professional, with extensive experience in Human Resources and Operations over a 25+ year career. Ms. Alcazar most recently held the position of Vice President, People Operations (HR) at The Center for Health Care Services in San Antonio, TX, and was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources functions for 1000+ Center employees including new employee recruitment, onboarding, benefits & retirement, payroll, HRIS, Credentialing and Employee Relations functions. In this role, she provided vision and leadership in implementing the Center’s formal performance management process, implemented a formal meriting system, implemented a compensation plan design and philosophy including a market-based position evaluation for all positions, and managed a full overhaul of a new HRM platform. Prior to her role at the Center for Health Care Services, Adrienne served for 11+ years at CPS Energy, the nation’s largest municipally owned energy company where she partnered with executive management to grow the business through innovative Human Resources and Operations management.

Adrienne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from St. Mary’s University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from St. Edwards University. Additionally, she holds a Certified Professional in Human Resources certification, a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management
