Elise Huszar is the Secretary of The Geneva Foundation’s Board of Directors.

Ms. Elise Huszar joined The Geneva Foundation as its first full-time Executive Director in 1996 and has served as President of the Foundation since 1998. Ms. Huszar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Florida Southern College and a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. Ms. Huszar began her career in non-profit management working with the USO in Germany in support of military service members and continued to expand her dedication to non-profit fund development with the YWCA in Tacoma, WA before joining The Geneva Foundation. Ms. Huszar also held positions as Clinical Director and Regional Director for AmericasDoctor (formerly PC3) where she gained considerable experience managing research personnel and working closely with physicians engaged in pharmaceutical research trials.

During her career, Ms. Huszar has built over 20 years of clinical research experience and over 28 years of experience in business operations, marketing, and business development. Ms. Huszar was instrumental in shaping Geneva’s core values in the early years and continues to embody Geneva’s entrepreneurial culture. She has been the leading agent of growth and vision for the Foundation for over 20 years. Growing up as the daughter of an Army officer and now the spouse of retired Army officer, Ms. Huszar shares a deep and personal connection to Geneva’s mission. Under her leadership, The Geneva Foundation continues to thrive and is positioned for lasting success in delivering its mission.
