Mr. David Little

David Little is a member of The Geneva Foundation’ s Board of Directors.

Mr. Little received his undergraduate degree from Central Washington University and law degree from the University of Washington. Mr. Little served for twenty years in the U.S. Army as an Army Judge Advocate and spent his last active duty assignment as the General Counsel for Tripler Army Medical Center.

After his military service, Mr. Little returned to the Pacific Northwest and became the first charitable gift planner with the Franciscan Foundation in Tacoma, WA serving the Franciscan Hospitals. He left the Franciscan Health System after seven years and joined the fund development staff at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, Washington. In 2005, after five years as Director of Planned Giving at the Hutchinson Center, Mr. Little accepted a position as Senior Director of Gift Planning for California with The Nature Conservancy in San Francisco. In June 2009, he accepted a new position with The Nature Conservancy as Senior Director of Gift Planning for the 12-State Western Region in Tacoma, Washington. On January 1, 2014 he retired after twenty years of fund-raising and is now concentrating on volunteer efforts to help the Tacoma community.
